Who we are
Full-service tax and accounting, year-round
YCL is a full-service tax and accounting firm. We focus on tax planning, cross-border tax, financial management and business compliance for individuals, families, small businesses and companies working across borders.
Clients come to us to pay what the law requires and no more, to put a sound structure around their finances, to keep books and payroll running without surprises, and to plan for steady long-term growth.
We work year-round, not only in tax season. When an IRS letter arrives in July or a client is weighing a move in November, the team that prepared the return is the team that answers.
Founder
Gloria (Chenchen) Liu, CPA
Gloria is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of U.S. tax and financial management experience and a decade of cross-border tax work between China and the United States.
Before founding YCL she spent several years at a Big Four accounting firm, serving large U.S. companies and public companies. Her practice today covers international tax, cross-border structures, business tax planning, new immigrant tax, and real estate and trust planning.
A North Carolina resident for nearly twenty years, she has long offered free tax consultations and pro bono filings to Chinese families, students and visiting scholars, new immigrants, nonprofits and community groups. She serves as Treasurer of FIGS of Wake County.
