No client relationship through the website
Submitting a quote request, booking a consultation or sending a message does not make you a client. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter describing the scope of work and the fee.
Quotes and consultations
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are confirmed in the engagement letter. The free consultation is a conversation to understand your needs; it does not include the preparation of any filing or document.
Client portal
Client documents, signatures, messages and payments are handled through our separate client portal, which has its own terms presented at sign-up. Please do not send confidential documents through this website or by email.
