Information we collect

When you request a quote, book a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, WeChat or WhatsApp ID, the services you are interested in, your location and the description of your situation.

When you become a client, we collect the financial and tax information needed to perform the engagement. That information is exchanged through our secure client portal, not through this website.

When you browse this website we record the pages you open, how long each stays on screen, the site or link that brought you here, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city or region), and your device and browser type. A random identifier kept in your browser lets us recognise repeat visits; it contains no personal details. If you later send us a quote or booking request, we may link that request to your earlier visits so we can understand what you were looking for. We use this only to run and improve the website and our services; it is not sold or shared, and page-view records are deleted after 13 months. You can clear the identifier at any time by clearing your browser storage.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare a written quote, schedule and confirm consultations, and deliver the services you engage us for.

To send you confirmations and service-related messages. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Tax return information

Information you provide for the preparation of a tax return is protected under Internal Revenue Code section 7216 and Treasury Circular 230. We use and disclose it only to prepare and file your return, with your written consent, or as required by law.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host this website, deliver email notifications and, where enabled, provide an online booking calendar. They process data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Retention and security

Website inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are retained as required by professional standards and tax law. Data is stored on access-controlled servers and transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your choices
