Install the YCL CPA Client Portal on Your Phone in 30 Seconds
Our client portal, portal.yclcpa.com, can now be added to your phone’s home screen like an app—no app store needed. Scan the QR code, add it to your home screen, and turn on notifications for replies, documents and signature requests.

Our client portal, portal.yclcpa.com, can now be installed on your phone like an app. There is no app store download, it takes about 30 seconds, and you can turn on alerts for when we reply, send you a document, or need your signature.
Step 1: Open the portal in your phone’s browser
Scan the QR code on the guide above with your phone’s camera, or type portal.yclcpa.com into your browser. If you scan inside WeChat, tap ··· at the top right and choose “Open in browser” first. WeChat’s built-in browser cannot install apps.
Step 2: Add it to your home screen
- iPhone / iPad (Safari): tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen → Add
- Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu → Install app or Add to Home screen → Install
- Other Android browsers: open the menu and choose Add to Home screen (or Add page to → Home screen)
Step 3: Sign in and turn on notifications
Open the portal from the new YCL CPA icon on your home screen and sign in. Then go to Account and turn on notifications. On iPhone and iPad, notifications only work when the portal is opened from the home-screen icon, and they require iOS 16.4 or later.

Do I need to download an app from the App Store or Google Play?
No. The portal installs directly from your phone’s browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android) and adds a YCL CPA icon to your home screen.
Why can’t I install it from WeChat?
WeChat’s built-in browser does not support installing web apps. Tap ··· at the top right, choose “Open in browser,” then follow the steps.
