What we need from you
Your W-2s, 1099s and 1098s, last year’s return, and a short questionnaire about changes in your family, home, job or business. Clients upload everything through our secure portal, in English or Chinese.
How a return moves through our office
- A tax preparer enters the documents and lists anything missing
- A licensed CPA reviews the whole return and the planning opportunities
- You review and sign electronically (Form 8879); we e-file and track IRS and state acceptance
Common questions
When is the deadline?
April 15 for most individual returns. An extension (Form 4868) moves the filing date to October 15, but any tax owed is still due in April.
Can you handle several states?
Yes. Moving during the year, working in one state and living in another, or owning rentals elsewhere all mean extra state returns; see our multi-state service.

A few short questions, a written quote within one business day, and a free 15-minute consultation if you would rather talk it through first.
